Note: If the card acquired is still available in stock, you will be able to receive it within five (05) working days. Otherwise, a remake will be done but there is a possibility that the supply of material may not be available. In such cases, an alternative will be suggested to you. If you would like to make it extra special, do provide your requirements (wordings - front and insert, shade of colour(s), fold, size, gift insertion, etc...). Payment details and a delivery advice will be sent to you once the order form has been received.

Tailor Made / Customised Cards (in Bulk)

Note: For tailor made / customised cards and gifts, I would like to work with you to envision the ideal card / gift to ensure it goes well with your dream theme. To quick start the process, please fill in the order form for me to understand better your needs and requirements. For bulk order(s), a timeframe of at least three (03) months ahead of your required date is a minimum as time is essential to put together a draft sample, to obtain a mutual agreement, payment, onwards to customised production, and delivery. Modes of communication will be through e-mails, phone calls, messages, in person discussions, etc. - all this to ensure that your requirements are met.

PAYMENT POLICY
- The prices displayed are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM)
- For ready made card(s), payment is required before the delivery
- For specially made card(s), payment will be required before production
- For tailor made / customised card(s), a pre-payment of 80% will be required before production starts. The balance payment of 20% is due after a photo of your finished order is e-mailed to you
- Cards sold are non-refundable
Payment can be made through to Maybank or Hong Leong account. Bank details will be disclosed when the order has been confirmed. Once payment is made, we would appreciate it if you're able to send a copy of the bank remittance slip (soft copy) for filling purposes. Thank you!

DELIVERY POLICYWhen you place your order with ...made by Jan-Ni, you will be given an estimated delivery window because we control the entire fulfilment process, we are able to offer very fast and predictable turnaround times on all orders.
For Malaysian orders, the cards will be sent using the services of Post Malaysia. Cost of delivery will range between RM1.00 (for normal post) to RM5.00 and above (for registered post / express post). For purchase of more than RM50.00 nett, complimentary delivery will be accorded (within Klang Valley only). As for bulk purchases, this will be determined and mutually agreed between the two parties.
